Ronald A. Feldman, Principal

Ronald is a co-founder of Franchise America Finance™, a boutique franchise investment and lending source. Prior to his affiliation with Siegel Financial Group & Franchise American Finance, he was Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Response USA, a publicly traded Alarm Systems Company. Mr. Feldman was instrumental in both the public offering and ultimate sale of the Alarm Division. Mr. Feldman and his wife were one of the early Goddard School Franchisees and successfully owned, operated and sold their Goddard School in 2007. He has been a keynote speaker at scores of franchise related events, appeared on television programs as the "Champion of Small Business", and has been published numerous times in trade magazines. He is also an instructor on SBA financing and access to capital to the International Franchise Association (IFA) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA). Ronald has the distinction of being a Certified Franchise Executive ("CFE").


Nathan R. Greenberg, Principal

Nathan is a co-founder of Franchise America Finance™. Prior to joining Siegel Financial Group in 2004, he practiced law for 14 years and was a name partner in the law firm of Kahn Greenberg & Blau LLP from 1996 through 2004. Nate concentrated his law practice in commercial loan documentation, real estate, corporate work for small to medium sized businesses, commercial litigation and employment discrimination work. Nate also served as an adjunct professor at St. Joseph's University and the Comey Institute of Industrial Relations, teaching Business Law and Labor Law. Nate will receive his Certified Franchise Executive ("CFE") designation in 2011. Before practicing law, Nate was a free-lance illustrator. Nate is married and has a young daughter and son. His hobbies include cartooning and sailing.


Gary Blumenthal, Principal

Gary is a co-founder of Franchise America Finance™. Gary Blumenthal has been actively involved in franchising for over twenty-five years, as the principal in both acquisition and start-up of franchise companies. His background includes involvement in all aspects of the investment cycle, including angel and venture capital, Private Equity and the debt markets. Gary has served on a number of International Franchise Association Committees and Boards.
